What we store

Your account email and password (the password is held by our sign-in provider, Google — we never see it). Your learners' first names, and which of them you are currently working with. Your country, only if you chose to give it. Your five answers about how your learner works and how much time you have. The resources you choose to pin to your learner's plan, and — when you schedule one onto a day — which resource that block came from. And the things you write: schedules, routines, check-ins, friction notes, brain-dump items and skill areas. Your billing state — on trial, active or paused — is stored with your household's records. If you send us feedback about the app, we store what you wrote, whether it was a question or a suggestion, and which part of the app you were on — that box is for telling us how NeuroFlow should work, and it does not accept anything about a learner.

What we deliberately do not collect

No diagnosis — there is no field for one. No date of birth or age. No address or phone number. No photos or audio. Your child never has a login: the learner's screens run inside your session. We set no cookies, run no analytics or tracking of any kind, and show no advertising. When you use the matching feature, the comparison itself runs in your browser, against a copy of the catalogue it downloads — matching sends nothing extra anywhere. Your five answers are saved to your learner's record, exactly as the list above says, so they are there when you come back.

Where it lives

Your records are stored on Google's cloud platform, and the site runs on a third-party hosting provider. Payments are handled by a specialist payment processor: we send it an internal household identifier only — not your email, not your name — and card details are entered only on the processor's own checkout pages, never on ours. If you submit a resource as a creator, the contact email you give us is shared with the processor so it can send your receipt.

Your browser also keeps an offline copy of your records on your device so the app works on a poor connection. Deep Reset, on the account page, removes that local copy from a shared or borrowed device. It does not delete anything from your account — the copy in your account is untouched and comes back when you sign in.

Your records are yours

You can download everything as a ZIP archive from the account page at any time, free, in every account state — including if you stop paying. A paused account keeps full read and export access; only adding new entries stops. Nothing is deleted while your account is open, and no automated clean-up runs against your data.

Deleting your account

There is no self-serve delete button yet. If you want your household's records deleted, contact us at privacy@kazuland.org and we will delete them. We recommend exporting first, because deletion is permanent. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct anything you cannot edit in the app yourself.

Email

The only email we send today is what sign-in requires — address verification and password reset — sent from our standard sign-in address. We send no newsletters, no reminders and no marketing.

Changes

If our practices change, this page changes with them and the date above moves. Questions about any of this: privacy@kazuland.org.
