What NeuroFlow is

A planning and record-keeping tool for home-educating families, with a small library of third-party learning resources matched to what you tell us. It is not a medical device and provides no medical, clinical, diagnostic or therapeutic advice. It never scores, rates or ranks a child. Resource suggestions come with their reasons and are suggestions only — you decide what fits your family, and we do not verify or endorse third-party resources. Where we have a commercial relationship with a listed resource, it is disclosed on the card and at the link, every time.

Your account

Accounts are for parents, guardians and caregivers — adults. Your learner uses the app inside your session and never has an account of their own. Keep your sign-in details to the adults in your household; everything in the account is visible to anyone you sign in.

The plan, the trial, and what stopping costs you

Every new household starts a 14-day free trial automatically. No card is taken, so the trial cannot turn into a charge: when it ends without a payment method, the account simply pauses. The subscription price is the one displayed on this site and on the checkout page at the moment you subscribe, billed yearly per household.

A paused household keeps everything it wrote — full read access and free export, indefinitely. Only adding new entries stops. We do not hold records hostage, and stopping payment never deletes anything. If a payment fails, your access is unaffected while the payment is retried.

Need longer? “I need more time” on the account page extends your access — no questions asked, no means test. To cancel, contact us at privacy@kazuland.org: we cancel the subscription, you keep access through any period you have paid for, and your records stay readable and exportable afterwards.

For resource creators

Submitting a resource costs the one-time fee shown on the creators page, charged when you submit. The fee pays for a person to review your submission — it does not buy a listing, placement or ranking, and a reviewed submission can be declined. Declined submissions are not refunded at present. Your resource and its name remain yours; by listing you grant us permission to display what you submitted, with every declaration attributed to you. We may remove a listing that misrepresents itself or its declarations.

Acceptable use

Do not use NeuroFlow to harass anyone, to submit resources you have no right to offer, to misrepresent who you are or what your resource does, or to attempt access to another household's records. We can suspend accounts that do — with export access preserved, because the records belong to the family regardless.

The honest limits

NeuroFlow is provided as it is, by a small team. We work to keep it available and your records safe, and the export exists so you are never dependent on our uptime — but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the year in question. Records you export are yours to keep; the archive itself is not a compliance document for any jurisdiction's home-education requirements.

Changes
